MB-FY Ventures was registered in Ghana as a limited liability company in 2024 and serves as the headquarters for our African market operations. We are a subsidiary of MB-FY Winery, a South African-based company founded to honor hard work and share the rewards of success.

With over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, our parent company expanded its operations in 2013 by acquiring a 240-hectare winery in Stellenbosch, one of South Africa’s most prestigious wine regions. From our base in Ghana, we are committed to delivering high-quality wines while promoting sustainability and innovation in the industry.
